Bajura, Dec 2 : Nepali Congress candidate for the November 20 election to the House of Representatives, Badri Prasad Pande, has taken a lead in the vote count. Pande has collected 7,512 votes while his nearest contender of CPN UML Karna Bahadur Thapa, got 4,983 votes.
