Chitwan, April 10 : Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, has underlined the need of a movement to clean the domestic politics. In his address to a press meet organised by the Press Centre, Chitwan today, the Deputy Prime Minister said we should first assess ourselves for corrections to take the politics towards a positive direction. “Clean politics will change the country,” he said, admitting the prevalence of corruption in the country. Corruption is not acceptable under any pretexts, according to the leader who said subordinate bodies under the Home Ministry had been already instructed to control corruption The Home Minister insisted the police should have a service-oriented approach and ensure pro-people services. He pledged to take additional efforts to combat violence against women.
