Ilam, Nov 20 : A 115-year-old man cast his vote in the elections to the House of Representatives and the Province Assembly in Ilam on Sunday.
Man Bahadur Rai of Sikari Bhangjyang at in Phakphokthum-7 in Ilam district exercised his franchise from a polling center at Singha Devi Secondary School in the locality, said the police. Similarly, ten mourning people cast their vote from Sandakpur-3.
